MTI: Strengthening presence in the Big Data Analytics market

The Problem

Over the last 25 years, we have helped thousands of organisations to transform their IT, enabling them to reduce operating costs, increase profitability, and mitigate risk.

MTI approached Computing to help gain access to senior IT professionals in the enterprise space, improve brand awareness and recognition in the UK, get involved in more thought leadership activity and generate targeted end user leads for their sales pipeline.

The Solution

The Computing Big Data and Analytics Summit provides vendors with the opportunity to educate, engage and network with over 200 senior IT professionals on the day. Computing’s primary research programme, consisting of individual depth interviews with C-level IT decision makers, focus groups and major quantitative studies from the back bone of content for our summits, including our editorial keynote presentation.

As sponsors of the research MTI enjoyed an enhanced presence at the Summit including branding on the keynote presentation, became involved in the research process itself and got privileged access to research data as well as having an exhibition stand on the day of the event itself.

As part of their package we also took key findings from the research and created a bespoke whitepaper, fully licensed to them, and generated 100 targeted business card leads from this.


The Result

Because of the partnership with Computing MTI were able to gain access to senior IT professionals in the enterprise space at the Big Data Summit, improve brand awareness and recognition in the UK through extensive editorial coverage and get involved in thought leadership activity through the research sponsorship and producing a bespoke research whitepaper.


MTI recently sponsored Computing’s Big Data & Analytics Summit 2016, which was a very well organised event. To coincide with the event, MTI sponsored the Computing Big Data Review 2016, and has worked with the team at Incisive Media to produce a dedicated whitepaper, which delves further into some of the challenges experienced by organisations when embarking on big data analytics initiatives.

The whitepaper was produced on time, and has been incredibly well written by the Incisive Media.

The team took the time to understand what we were looking to achieve, and have produced an asset that, going forwards, will really help us to fulfil these requirements. An absolute pleasure to work with, and I hope to have the opportunity to work with Computing again in the near future.
